These Terms of Service govern your use of Block Poster (blockposter.net). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Block Poster, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Description of Service

BlockPoster is operated by Zijing Shen, an individual based in China. The single-poster tool remains free, with high-resolution PDF output and no watermark. Images are processed on your device. Optional Pro subscriptions provide batch export, local projects and presets. USD 4.99 is billed monthly or USD 39 yearly; USD 3.25/month is the yearly equivalent, not a monthly charge. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Checkout shows the final total including applicable taxes. Cancel future renewal from your account or billing portal; paid access normally continues until the displayed expiry. A full refund or payment reversal ends access granted by that payment. Changing billing intervals is available after the current subscription ends.

Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and print. You agree not to use Block Poster to create or reproduce any material that is illegal in your jurisdiction, that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, or that is defamatory, harassing, or otherwise harmful. Automated scraping, resale, or redistribution of the service without prior written consent is not permitted.

Intellectual Property

The Block Poster name, logo, website design, and source code are the property of the Block Poster team. Content you upload remains yours — we claim no rights over your images or the posters you produce with them.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Block Poster is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, print accuracy, or color fidelity on any specific printer or paper.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Block Poster team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service — including lost profits, lost data, wasted ink or paper, or any other losses.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Contact

For support or a refund request, use Feedback or info@blockposter.net. You may request a refund within seven days of your first payment. Duplicate charges, mistaken renewals and technical problems are reviewed individually. This policy does not limit applicable statutory rights. Include your account email and order reference, never passwords, full card details or private portal links. A refund request does not itself cancel renewal; check your account for confirmation.
